The DC Palestinian Film and Arts Festival (DCPFAF) is pleased to announce its fifth annual festival, which begins October 1st and runs through October 4, 2015. The four day festival will feature several short and feature-length films, discussions with the filmmakers, an art exhibit, several receptions and dialogues with Palestinian filmmakers and artists.
